How to put ticket for support?

A guy said if we dont get Alli rewards, we put a ticket or smth for support, what is that??

    Hit the in-game settings icon (top left of screen), and you'll see the support option. Once you enter support, hit the 3 lines (top, 2nd from right), and Bob's your uncle.

    @CritCap - To access support in-game, please tap the gear icon in the top left corner. From there, tap "Support" and then tap the button that reads "Need more help? Contact us" to open a support ticket.
