What minor/major improvement can fix him according to you??

I don't know if he needs a "fix". The main complaint I've heard is that he isn't good with suicides since they reduced his regen rate, but that doesn't make him a bad champ overall. Just a bad suicide champion.

I don't have much experience with him myself but I've heard a fair few people appreciate him for what he can do. No one is saying that he's beyond god-tier, just that he isn't trash and actually has his uses in the game when played correctly.

I can't really confirm or deny that claim but I can say that he is very far down on my list of champs that need a buff. Even if he's not for everyone, he seems to be enough for some people to have his worth in the game.

The only thing I would fix is just his regen rate since they decreased significantly in comparison to other Champions so even if they were to increase that by 30% it would make a significant difference not only with how he would work with suicides but in how he benefits from willpower.

Maybe even restore that evade to projectiles he had before.

unlike kingpin, ddhk does not have rage on him all the time.
They could increase regen rate by 30% like how @Shadowstrike said.

Don’t think he needs any adjustments in his kit. Only a strictly value update on the regen modification. I use DDHK literally anywhere I can. The primary thing he could benefit from is having those instant bleeds % chance increase , and they threw a synergy with PP, for that on basic hits.

I hate him. Still useless offensive and now a pain to fight defensively.
