Katalyst to R5 little steve

Hello,
I have collected all daily entries till today (24) of cosmic eclipse and i have completed legendary level for all enteries.
But little steve is still R4 and is missing 70 katalyst to get to R5.
And i was hoping to do cosmic horror after taking him to R5.
Can anyone let me know what’s going on and what i missed?

Cause what you are saying does not add up, like I got my 24th entry today, done all legendary difficulty and look what I got...
