2nd RANK 3 CHAMP! What tech should it be?

I have beaten all variants and beat 7.3 kang waiting for 7.4. This decision is actually kinda hard for me. I am a pretty ok Ghost player. I don’t run suicides. I don’t have good or wasp as a 5 or 6*.

I have a r5 Awakened ghost and Warlock already. Both ghost and warlock 6*s are not awakened

i mean you can't go wrong but if you already have a 5* maxed warlock and ghost maybe r3 a unique champ
