Rank up Help for 6.2+

I'm going to start chipping away at 6.2+ I wanted to know out of my roster who would be some good rank ups for 6.2+. I have resources to rank 5 two 5 stars or rank 2, 1 6 star. Also have a tech and skill awakening 5 star gem. Would appreciate any help thanks.

Forgot to add if you suggest doing a variant first please say I have variant 6 100% and the xl variant first time completetion. Also looking for variant rank ups.

Use tech ag on ultron and max sig him.
He reduces shock and incinerate potency by 80% at max sig which will help you for 6.2.2 mister sinister

You should do variant 5 venom/doom crushes it, you’ll need someone who can crit a lot against CAP, a bleeder for Medusa and a good havok counter.
