Knull has damage, but relies on armorbreaks and needs small ramp up. Synergies are ok. Has good utility
Hercules has a ton of damage, doesn't need such a rampup, has godly synergies on all sides, can negate suicides' poison damage and has a good utility.
To me, Herc wins.
