Moleman and kingpin on the other hand are both widely used in AQ, War and questing and both have very different sets of utility so it's almost impossible to say right now who is definitively better.

Being a fast general lane clearer doesn't make a champion better than another. It's what champion can deal with the most difficult fights/lanes. I have CMM sig 200 as a rank 5 5* and at rank 2 sig 60 as a 6*. I haven't touched either in months because their utility is limited especially in larger healthpools like in act 7, her damage isn't even top 3 in the cosmic class anymore and she simply doesn't deal with most nodes that interfere at all with her ramp/rotation.

Angela has more utility than CMM and that's not even arguable. She can do most fights CMM can and the only downside is that she requires basically max sig to do so. She also has less damage but with the amount of utility she brings to the table it doesn't really matter because she still hits decently hard

It’s very arguable…you’re very wrong. You may not use her but that doesn’t mean there aren’t a ton more she can do. Angela is good for degen nodes, that’s all.
