Uh... where's the sp3 skip check box in the settings??

I updated the app like an hour ago I have the 'beta features opt in' check box in the settings menu but the one for 'show sp3 skip button' is Missing...a little help anyone?

I for one dont think i'll use the option to skip L3s. I rarely use them so I dont mind sitting through a few. Also, I dont think i'll like the inconsistencies in the spacing after skipping.
