Skip SP3 is not working atm?

Jumped into RoL with 4 star doom and didn't get the button once in the 3-4 sp3s that I threw. Went in again with annihilus and same thing happened, the option to skip didn't even appear.

Has it been taken down to fix the bugs?

Summoners, we are turning off the new Skip SP3 button while we work to address some issues that are being caused by the button. We hope to return the button as soon as we can.
