Buffed Bishop Counter

I've been exploring 7.1 lately and I have come across 2 paths with Bishop on them. I don't want to bring Guardian against him because of Bishop's high energy resistance and because Guardian's attacks will just feed his prowess charges.
I was planning on ranking up Starky because of the high dps that doesn't rely on energy damage. Will he work? If you guys know any other good counters feel free to share them. Thanks in advance

    I’ve been having this problem too, but with 7.2 exploration instead of 7.1. Hopefully some good advice can be shared.

    1) Redhulk MLM Bait sp1s/dodge sp2.
    2) Vision, and dont let him throw specials.
    3) WarMachine with energy resistance prefight
    4) Max sig Ultron

    No P2099 but will try Guardian later. I remember usinf Guardian against him once and it was still giving him charges. That was a while ago so maybe it's just my memory failing me

    @FlyGalaxyBomb already suggested Rulk so I will test him later. Unfortunately no Vision or War Machine for me, and my Ultron is still unawakened

    I’m not sure of the nodes at play here off the top of my head, but Vulture is probably the best widely-available Bishop counter in the game right now. Incinerate immune tech champ with strong power control.

    I personally like using Ultron Prime against him. Since he's a mutant ultron applies degen instead of bleed. Void or other incinerate immune/power control champs work great as well.

    Can confirm. Tried using Guardian against Bishop in the boss rush and went horribly :(
