Maintenance for earlier story quests update?

According to this post:https://forums.playcontestofchampions.com/en/discussion/286114/the-prologue-initiative-a-fresh-take-on-acts-1-4 , maintenance should have started about 40 minutes ago. Checked my game and the acts are same so it hasn't happened yet. Am I messing up timezones?
