If you on quest in progress and the time ends did you get logout automatically or kick out

It seems like you ran out of time. I am pretty sure the daily quests let you finish if you've started them before the 24-hour period ends, but the event quests and side quests aren't the same - when the allotted time period ends, they're gone. I finished about 11 hours before the event ended.

October's side quests were, in my opinion, awful. So much tedious grind in Cosmic Eclipse to rank up the Summoned Symbiote, even doing all Legendary difficulty, and then hardly any time to figure out how to use him for Cosmic Horror. I'm lucky my work schedule let up just long enough for me to finish everything.

I am pretty sure the daily quests let you finish if you've started them before the 24-hour period ends, but the event quests and side quests aren't the same - when the allotted time period ends, they're gone.

I have completed quests in which time ran out so many times that I'm not proud of.
I changed my phone otherwise I would attach screenshots.

When the timer runs out, just back out from quest page and re-enter, it will show the quest you were in. Finish it.
I would have suggested to not push content last minute, but who am I to talk.

I too was on the final fight before the boss
But guess what it disappeared....
Hated this event
So much grind if you make any mistake

I had done that before
But it didn't work out that time...
