Setting BG’s

Question is in alliance I am in as an Officer for some reason I am not able to start AQ’s or assign BG’s with members. I always have but now not able. Any thoughts ? Thanks and appreciate it

(1) are you sure you’re still an officer ?

(2) do you mean not able to preconfigure the AQ (maps/modifiers) for the week ? Because anyone can “start” each day's AQ now by simply joining or previewing, so long as an officer has previously set up the week.
(or at least, the Ally feed says that the person had “started” it, but not really because they technically all start/end at a fixed time now).

(3) you should be able to assign (really is a “suggest”) members to a BG (separately for both AW and AQ). But doesn’t mean that they can’t join a different BG anyways if they want to ignore what had been assigned to them.
