EQ not finishing after beating boss

Just doing monthly UC event and got kicked out due to emergency maintenance. Finished path and boss when game returned and it won’t register that the boss has been beaten. Canceled out and restarted that path again. Completed path again and beat the boss and it still won’t finish to move onto the next chapter. Just bloody stuck here, and no red wifi signal either. Grr
