A bug in the objectives of this month?

Hi everyone this is my first post in the forum,so please go easy on me and my english
I found a bug in the objectives that needed to be done any 3 of the 4 quests to claim the reward,so I believe that these quests drop weekly But I had done this week already since the path is free of energy I decided to complete objectives for sersi on lower difficulty when I did the quest ,it is a marked as 2nd exploration in the objectives
Is it intended ?

Just so I don't have to make a post...There's another bug I found.

I leveled up ikaris to lvl10 and got two objectives completed.
1. Lvl up ik/ser
2. Rank up ik/ser
If anyone wants me to I'll provide the screenshots.
