Here are some screenshots. Tigra is not tagged as #Bewhiskered but is listen as one of the eligible champs in the side quest announcement and gets you points for the side quest objective.

I don't think hit monkey or sasquatch have the tag either and they are listed in that post too.

Hi folks, sorry about the delay. Yes, this is intentional. We included Tigra in the spirit of celebrating all forms of facial hair... But we had reached the limit in our tagging, hence she could not be tagged. Tigra cannot be tamed! But, you'll see that she is awarding points, as promised.
