Champs for Progression

Which champ will make a progression for me to exploration of act 6. 1. Science Champ and 2. Cosmic Champ. Please also comment if champ mentioned needs to be awakened. Thanks.

P.S. I just become cavalier in 3 months so champ pool is very small.
