My android phone is broken. I bought an iphone. but I can't enter the game. The account seems to have been banned. but it opens on another android device, can you help? [removed by Moderator]

Do you use Google Play for logging into game ?

Or do you have a Kabam ID Account registered for the game, not just Forum ? (need that to be able to login to game from either Android or Apple).
