Beginner 7 day XP Boost

Did they remove the beginner Xp Boost? I started a new account recently and it hasn't showed up yet and I am in act 2 and several days in. I know it was there in August.

I think you have to hit a certain level and then you get it

It's still there ...i made a new account 10 days ago and got the boost after reaching level 5 ...

It's in Act 1.1.4 quest iirc in Falcon fight should pop there, but in case you got some issues before it popped or just press fight fast enough before it pop then you miss it.
I tried it a few times before in new accounts.

They look like the old ones. I think they were supposed to change them and they were changed back. I am wondering if where I made the account the same day the changes were supposed to go into effect it caused my boost not to show up.

Guess I am out of luck on this. Kabam support told me they didn't see anywhere where i should have gotten a boost as a "reward". They didn't act like they had a clue what I was talking about.
