He has an awesome playstyle.
He was super hyped by both KABAM and the community.
He has amazing animations and character design.
Please make the Overseer good for everyday content. :smile:

Here is an idea (at the very least make his cosmic mode longer)

The Overseer (Post-Buff)
Based off Rank 2 6*

ABILITIES:
Always Active
Immune to Nullify, Fate Seal and Stagger.
An enhanced Immune system provides a full Immunity to the Poisons of the Battlerealm.
Well Timed Blocks are Perfect Block, reducing all damage to 0.(caps shield should equal perfect block because it does for all the other caps)
GAMMA POWER
When the Opponent gains a Bar of Power gain an indefinite Gamma Power granting 382.35 Attack Rating and 17% Potency of his personal Debuffs from Special Attacks. Max 6 Stacks.
COSMIC MODE
At 3 or more Stacks of Gamma Power, after launching a Special Attack consumes all stacks and activates Cosmic Mode, lasting 5 second(s) per Gamma Power(giving a max of 30 seconds rather than 19.95), but it is paused during Special Attacks from the Overseer or the Opponent. Cosmic Mode lasts 50% longer for Defenders.
For each Gamma Power gained while in Cosmic Mode, instead gain a non-stacking Fury Buff granting 637.25 Attack Rating per Gamma Power used to enter the mode, with its total duration equalling its Cosmic Mode starting duration.
Light Attacks deal a Burst of 2091.3 Physical Damage.
AFTER OPPONENT LAUNCHES A SPECIAL – SPECIAL CONCUSSION
Inflict an indefinite Special Concussion Debuff, reducing Ability Accuracy by 13% during Special Attacks.(increasing max reduction during specials to 91% instead of 70%) Max 7.
Reducing a Combo of 3 or more to a lower amount removes one stack of Special Concussion.
HEAVY ATTACKS
Inflict a non-stacking Taunt Debuff and a non-stacking Slow Debuff for 10 second(s). Opponents that are Taunted have their Attack reduced by 20% and have a 70% higher chance to activate Special Attacks. This ability goes on cooldown for 15 second(s) if activated.
AFTER A SPECIAL – CAP’S SHIELD
Gain a Auto-Block Passive, giving 100% chance to Auto-Block Basic Attacks when Struck twice, it lasts for 7 second(s) or until triggered.
The Overseer is Stun Immune while Auto-Block is active.
SPECIAL 1 – SUPERSONIC IMPACT
Inflict a Stun Debuff for 2 second(s).(better advantage of cosmic mode)
Cosmic Mode: On activation gain a Regeneration Buff, recovering 7% of missing Health over 10 seconds. The Potency of this Buff is reduced by 10% for each Bleed Debuff on Overseer.
SPECIAL 2 – CLEAVING STRIKE
Inflicts a Disorient Debuff, reducing Defensive Ability Accuracy by 40% and Block Proficiency by 50% for 12 second(s). Ability Accuracy reduction scales with Gamma Power.
Cosmic Mode: Gain an Energize Buff, granting 25% increased Combat Power Rate for 12 second(s).
Inflict a Bleed Debuff dealing 3200 Damage over 12 seconds. (some fights need damage over time.)
SPECIAL 3 – COSMIC ASSAULT
Inflict a Physical Vulnerability Debuff, reducing Physical Resistance by 1500 for 30 seconds. (less resistance for more damage and for long as max cosmic mode minus time for specials(or it could just have same duration as cosmic mode including pausing during specials)).
SIGNATURE ABILITY – RETALIATION
If an Opponent ability fails due to his personal immunity or reduced Ability Accuracy they take a burst of 2153.4 Physical Damage and the Overseer gains one Gamma Power. This Damage scales with Base Attack Only. This effect has a 1 second cooldown.
Striking the Opponent while they are recovering from Heavy or Special Attacks Attacks deal a burst of 5321.8 Physical Damage. This effect has a 1 second cooldown.
(the numbers are significantly bigger because it isn't used much and on defense you just don't bring a poison or mystic and you're fine)

Striking the Opponent while they are recovering from Heavy or Special Attacks Attacks deal a burst of 2548.99 Physical Damage. This effect has a 1 second cooldown.

I know he is not the worst champion but he is just lost in the middle of the game just slight number adjustments would make him amazing everywhere in the game.

    For everyone that doesn’t want to read through all I did was give perfect block on parry extra damage during his damage phase slightly longer damage phase longer stun on sp1 gave him slow reduced downtime on taunt and gave a baby bleed on Sp2 when he hits with a broken silver surfers board just for nodes that require bleed

    He at least needs a slightly longer damage phase and or slightly more energy damage
