I haven't explored act 1 23 4 and wanted units and revs for 7.3 exploration I saw those acts as good opportunity but sadly need to wait a month

They'd probably update it after the gifting event, so player's can't hoard units now on new/low level accounts just to feed ggc's to their main account during gifting event.
