Yeah like Scarcity27 said it was Mysterio. Mainly because I already had him at r2 and had a fully formed tech t5cc. He's a unique rank up and I don't regret it anymore since I pulled a 5* Peni from the featured and he's now a poison god with the synergy

He is good for almost everywhere in the game, for longer content I think he is better than ghost and kitty, he can melt 400-500k health pools easily.
