I still didn't received my 'Not Another Anime Solo event' rewards. why?

My leaderboard was rank 454 . But why i didnt received my ranked rewards.please help

I haven't received mine either, it's been 10 hours.

Even after maintenance i didn't received my rewards.kabam needs to look into this issue.
