So I did not explore the act 2 and 3 before they were revamped now if I explore them will I get perma banned?

    I don't think so, I think you're supposed to be able to get exploration rewards if you didn't already have the acts explored.

    No. You won’t get banned if you explore act 1-3. They changed it so that you’re able to go back and explore to get the new rewards even if you didn’t previously.
