Ghost Phase not working?

I’m a self proclaimed decent ghost player and use her everywhere. In war I’ve died 3 times by opponents hitting thru her phase. Is this happening to anyone else? I have a video of one time. The champs were Bishop, Invis woman and Gwen in war. It’s actually bs that this is happening.
