Found out today on who has the highest Special Attack in game.
Its a Kabam original Gulliotine 2099 😈😛

But the issue is the one you share is not the highest.

Why is this a new discussion so soon after an already lengthy and detailed one.
And that was only because of new fight screen showing numbers even in excess of the “previously high” max game value of 2.147 billion for a single hit (which itself has been the subject of many posts over the years, by different champs).
