Bugged paths after act 1-4 changes?

in Bugs and Known Issues
after seeing some paths were removed from act 4 i finally decided to stop being lazy and explore the final chapter BUT, i have been greeted with an issue on 2 quests, on 2 paths I've already done where theirs just ONE fight that is apparently not done :|
