Mcoc GooglePlay x4 points offer nerfed? Only 3x points on Playstore?!

Has anyone else seen that the new GooglePlay points promotion is only giving 3 points per £ spent instead of 4 that Kabam promised via ingame message?
I am in the UK, anyone else care to share what they see? Just me maybe?
