I think last 6 month that problem can't solve every update.

If you're missing rewards from an event or map, then you need top open a support ticket through the game, nobody on the forums will be able to help you get your rewards.

You will find it in one of the next quests, just check the rewards...

Hey there, you can find more info on where to find the Keys here. Additionally, that page also has info on what to do if an error causes the Key to go missing for any reason.
