Platinum pool crystals

So I have more than enough parts for the platinum pool crystals both 5 and 6star but it still says I’m missing pieces what do I do

I find this highly suspect. You have to have one of each of the pieces. If you have 5 legs of deadpool, you can't get his crystal. You have to have legs, torso, understandably jacked right arm, and surprisingly swole left arm along with his head for the five star. Six star includes the bootay. If you have all the pieces and it truly is just a bug, file a help ticket.
