Which mutant to awaken and take to r5?

So from completing the challenge I got a mutant awakening gem and I could take one to r5. I got wolverine, iceman and x23. What should I do? I've been told just to take iceman to r5 and awaken him, i've been told awaken wolverine and take iceman to r5, awaken and take wolverine to r5. So I just want some advice from you guys.
What do you think I should do?

    Iceman does have a Tripe Immunity, Wolverine Regeneration plus Bleed, and X-23 has "better" Regeneration and Bleed. I'd awaken Iceman and R5 him, but that's what I'd do.

    I have both iceman and wolverine duped at rank 5. Both are great!!! Just go with who you want there's no bad choices. Even x23.

    No wrong choices there, Iceman great for questing and boss killing, wolverine is probably the best aq asset in the game, he can heal from 1% to 100% easily in a single fight but not a good boss killer (times out on most minibosses)
