Tweak/add new filters

1. Most often filter by stars is used, so would be nice to have it moved higher, to scroll less.
2. Add filter-out champs who have help requested
3. Add filter by minimum hero rating. Say I have 200 champs and only want to play those above 3k
4. Remove that summoned adaptoid from the list, since you can't use him in arena
5. Add filter by awakened / by signature ability. Say I want to see all champs that have 100+
6. And please let us save default filters, instead of resetting each time you leave champs list
