Act 4 with uncleared nodes.

So I decided to explore act 4 for the mastery points. But then I saw a 7% completion in few of them. Which of course, the least percentage one each quest carries is 20%.
Then again act 1 - 3 shows 0% completion and exploration.
Men this particular bug pisses me off rn.
I've waited for over a long time to explore act 4 despite being thronebreaker. And now my plan is scattered.
Kabam please fix this, latest, next update.
