Is the current health & attack pools a bug or intended ?

My alliance is struggling like crazy … motivation is running down fast. We want to know if it’s a bug or intended

(I am referring to the current huge pi like it’s day in map 6 but what I heard also map 4&5 … no mates in 7&8 but that might have the same problem)
