Which science 6* should I rank 3?

I have a decent 5* max roster of cap iw, torch, quake, wasp
I have completed all the acts and starting exploration soon. And few places needs power sting debuffs for entire paths (keep that in mind)

    Yes, he surely is R3 worthy, but unfortunately, HT is somewhere else.
    But I can see him go up after Torch, if OP doesnt drop better option until then.
