3-4* OG Vision : Will we ever see them again ?

Title say it all. We saw 5-6* offer in July 4th but no 3-4*. Today is the exact same offer. Will we ever see those two again ? ( Yea yea I'm a total collector )

It doesn’t feel like it. I checked all my alts just to be sure, just the 5/6 star offers, as described.

Maybe an arena, or something, at some point?

If you're at the point of having 5 and 6 star version offers, I doubt it. I've had 3 (maybe 4) offers for Vision in the near 5 years I've been playing. One for 3* when I was fairly new, one for 3 and 4 version a bit later (year, 18 months maybe) and I got the 3* version and then I had the 5* about a year ago, which I bought. I have never seen a 4* offer since the time I bought the 3*. I might've been offered the 3 and 4 star versions twice, but I know I never had a 4* offer after I bought the 3* before I got the 5* offer.

I said I'm a collector not stupid. I won't spend so much unit before cyber weekend or July 4th back then.
