My crystals have not progressed to uncollected

I recently got uncollected on my account and still am getting the free daily and 4 hour crystals from completing act 4

Am I missing something, is this supposed to happen?

It's been a while and I could be wrong, but I had it in my head that uncollected had a level 40 requirement.

Exactly what the person above me said. You have to be level 40

That doesn't make sense though because it says to get the title you have to be level 40 but he already has the title in the picture when he is only level 39.
