X-23 unspoken bleed cap

Her bleed cap need to be addressed in her description kinda dumb there is no mention of it capping at 5.

There are many other champs with the same problem, not only X-23.
I prefer the way it is actually, otherwise it would be more text to confuse

Tell that to Gwenpool and then we talk. She’s only get the 2 increases at 1 bleed and 3 bleeds and her sig could easily be worked to only work once and not at every interval of 3.

We were promised a complete list of the hidden stats, caps and ability restrictions a long time ago but they never provided what they said they would give us. Just another broken promise.
