Personally I upgraded G2099 first due to her utilities. Her degen and power control are very helpful. I recently upgrade quake to R5 and still practicing before using in AQ or AW.

Quake if you can use her without taking to many hits. Otherwise gully 2099. Can’t go wrong with either though
