Ikr! Good customer service would have been an in game message apologizing for the mess up and here are some revives and potions to get you through the rest of the week while we look into the issue…

No instead it’s no word for 2 days then when we do get a response it’s go ahead and select a less difficult map if you can’t handle it until we fix the problem who cares if your alliance get less glory at the end of the week because of our mistake… smh…

Can’t wait to see what that “little extra” compensation turns out to be tomorrow… I’m sure it will not come close to the ridiculous amount of units, potions, and revives I’ve spent this week trying to keep moral up within my alliance with these ridiculous minibosses in map 5 and 6..
