Elsa was my first rank 3 and second 6*. I’m even considering her for r4 (if that happens anytime in the next eon

). She is an amazing addition to the contest.

My top three insights for Elsa are:

1. Behemoth Buster (if that’s what it’s called) are WAY better then any incinerate / cold snap debuff!! Use them unless they are on cool down or you need to counter evade.
2. Sp1 is better then first let on!! This should be your go-to special! Sp2 is great too but the precision debuff from sp1 gives her ~almost~ guaranteed crits.
3. Nick/Quake synergy!! The evade charges trigger her evade counter! I use the synergy by letting the enemy hit into me in the beginning of the fight, gaining more busted debuffs then average then launching an sp1 to gain high crit rate. This will let you nuke the opponent down with just an sp1.

I do sp3 first and then the same rotation as you, basically, trying to keep those cruelties refreshed. But yeah Elsa is great. Loads of utility and damage and fun to play.
