Story Quests

Can someone please explain to me why on Story Quest Chapter 4 why even though I have completed some of these stories it still shows I have not and I basically have to start over. 97% complete and I still need to go through it 4 times to get to 100%. Makes no sense. Getting frustrated. Those quests are hard enough and takes a lot of patience. Please explain.

Chapter 4? Which act are you talking about?

Act 4, chapter 4. # 3 & 4 I have completed however a few of the lines show that I still need to finish even though I already have. Really strange. Thanks for responding.
