Didn't receive purchase

I already sent an email complaining about this. However, I purchased the Tony Stark unit bundle and never received it in my account. In fact, I was charged TWICE for the same purchase on my credit card.
I only wanted to buy it once. However, I was told that the transaction was incomplete and that I have already owe the bundle.
I can send screenshots from my credit card statement and email from Google play that the transaction went through. However, if you look at my account you will see that I never received it.
