December announcement and gifting

Normally the next month’s events would be announced today and I’m scared that they didn’t do it because the news about gifting requirements will be a huge disappointment which could affect possible cyber weekend spending.
Just seems weird that this is the only year where they delay the next month update.

Hopefully I’m wrong…… 😐

i think you're exactly right. i imagine they'll release the patch notes on monday when the update goes out and everyone has already spent

This video was posted Friday, November 27, 2020, the Friday before the new update came out. Included is the gifting requirement. Boo and Mike are both currently active on the forums, so it’s not that the employees have the day off. It was very intentional that the patch notes and sq info did not release today

wrong. read again. doesnt mention gifting badge requirement..

it says "users must be a member of their alliance for 14 days before they can contribute points towards the event or claim rewards." that is the same and only physical text we get about gifting requirements that we got in the info post from december 2020. read it for yourself

that's not gifting badge requirement lol. that's requirement to get aliance rewards. people are more interested in requirements to allow you send gifts. e.g. last year it was complete act 2, the year before be lvl 15. etc...

Then find somewhere where it would say the requirements
