    Both are pretty good for masochism, Shang chi can go unblockable, place slow debuff to trigger masochism then you can stun on a 5 combo and reset charges.
    Negative you can dex, convert the precision to light energy then charge heavy to evade and then counter immediately.

    In the long run, Shang chi will probably be more useful since he can gain up to 4 cleanse charges with a MLM combo which will also purify any debuffs currently active on him. He also has access to slow, unblockable, and stun on your command as well as infinite damage potential with his sp2

    Shang no doubt. He is useful for basically every piece of content in the game(except ironically masochism)
