Hercules bugged?

Why Herc immortality do not activate, if the last hit was in block? Tested this on different nodes in aw, against different champs and he just going in k.o. instead of activating immortality.

Most people in war run assassin so his sig won’t activate a lot of the time. In war, just treat him as if he’s unduped
