Okay, first things first. I am a recently returned 217K account. I only have ONE r5, as I've been gone since February. So far every alliance I've found has seemed a ... poor fit. I know I'm rusty, and I know I have a relatively weak roster since it seems like everyone has R5's now. Yes. I probably will be one of your weakest members at first.
Here's what I'm looking for :
#1 - COMMUNICATION. Yes, I want LINE to be mandatory. Not 'optional', not 'most'.
#2 - DONATIONS. I know I'm crazy. I know I'm probably going to be a liability. But I want map 5, preferably Expert tier. I will pay whatever you ask on a weekly basis. But don't tell me you're 5x5, then after I've joined find out you complete 1 map a day, don't have set BGs, and donations are an absolute mess. 'Donate what you're willing' is not an effective method. Donations should cover the cost, not pray that you'll have enough day to day. If it's a mixture of 5/3, that could work too.
#3 - 3 Groups in AW. Tier isn't as important, as long as everyone is involved. 1 BG 'because our rating is super important', is leaving out 2/3's of your alliance. Maybe that works for some people. It's not what I'm looking for. In terms of communication, since diversity is a thing, I would expect this to be a consideration before placement.
#4 - ALLIANCE REWARDS - I don't expect any alliance to finish all the arena milestones. That's way too demanding. But it shouldn't be a struggle/chore to do item use/completion.
Essentially, I just want a group that communicates and works together. Probably in the 5-6 mill range, so I'm not completely out of my depth. If this is asking too much, feel free to move on and find another recruit. I can be contacted on LINE - mrdooman
Oh, and most importantly, be honest about what your alliance offers. I hate joining an alliance and immediately finding I was mislead.

We use groupme instead of line (no ads, less memory, more user friendly), but we communicate well, we have set donations, we do 3 set groups in AW and AQ (expert tier), and we don't require arena grinding. 6.5m.
We are an AQ5x5 (3 BGs) alliance, looking to fill back up. We are very well organized and communicate like a mf'er
