I don’t have the gold to take her all the way up yet. Gold really is becoming the most scarce resource now along with T5 basic. But rank 3 level 8 and 22 hits against ROL winter soldier in a reasonable time is pretty outstanding. Really happy with the decision to take this champ to rank 3. If anyone is questioning to rank theirs up, I only suggest you do so if you currently use mystic dispersion mastery as it allows you to practically spam special attacks.
