I’m UC but don’t have the UC perks

A few days ago (when the act 1-3 changes happened) I made a second account to speedrun to UC for fun. I got uncollected in 20ish hours, or less. Streamed the whole thing as well. Once I got there I abandoned the account but decided to log back in to find I have been scammed from UC perks! These perks include the calendar, 4 hour crystals, UC arena crystals, daily, etc.

I’ve played on this account for two days now since I got UC and the only arena crystal I can purchase is the regular one, the UC one doesn’t show
