Post Buff Rank 2 Sig 20 6* Hawkeye quick test

A lot of practice still to be done getting the Perfect Release timing down, but this is a huge improvement on his damage. This was with no synergies, no boosts and no suicides. Tons of up time on bleeds when you're aggressive. Love this buff!
